SINBON ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. December 29th, 2021, SINBON's employees presented prizes to the winning students of the Drawing Summer Fun contest at the Sing Long Elementary School. With Jena Feng, Director of the Administrative Management Division, Lily Huang, Director of the Strategy Marketing Division, and our colleagues at the Strategy Marketing Division as the judges of the contest, they have selected 12 outstanding students' paintings after many rounds of votes and discussions. They presented certificates of merit and exquisite small gifts to the winners while giving out calendars on which their works are printed to all teachers and students at this school.
The purpose of this event aims to allow children in the rural elementary school to have a stage to demonstrate their artistic and cultural talent. Meanwhile, we manage to understand their inner world through the works created by them while healing our colleagues' heart amid their busy daily lives through these imaginative works. SINBON also provides resources as an enterprise for charity purposes. At the end of the year, SINBON donated NT$500,000 to the Sing Long Elementary School as a fund again for the school to replace old facilities and conduct bilingual teaching, so that students in the rural area can feel the care from the society and study hard without being subject to geographical restrictions.
On the day of the award ceremony, the children also brought their own greeting card. They read the card out loud and sang on the stage to offer New Year blessings to SINBON. The children thanked SINBON's big brothers and sisters in the card for the bilingual teaching volunteer project launched at the beginning of the year, as they had the opportunity to connect with the world. They also recalled the time when they planted the seeds of the cosmos and cooked food with earth ovens together. They have created many beautiful memories with our colleagues.
Upholding the original intention of giving back to the local community, SINBON has interacted and engaged in exchanges with the students at this school, while caring for the Miaoli community. We hope that such a spirit will continue and pass on to achieve more fulfilling results in the care for the local community. SINBON will also continue to focus on the education of children in local rural areas, fulfill corporate social responsibility, and realize the vision for mutual benefit.
