The Company’s principal activities include the development and operation of theme parks; business in relation to sports, recreation and teambuilding; business in design, project management and installation of adventure parks, and owns and operates Kidzania educational and entertainment facilities. The Company’s segments include Theme Park and Theme Attractions Construction. The Company is the sole owner of a number of theme park brands and operates multiple brands of parks both as IP owners and under franchise arrangements. Its attractions include ESCAPE Parks, ESCAPE Challenge, BASE CAMP, KidZania Singapore & Malaysia and Haven XR VR Centres.
