Silicom Ltd. reported consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company's revenues rose by 20% to $27.4 million from $22.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2014. The rise in revenues reflected growth with most of the company's customers and product lines. Operating income was $4.956 million against $5.452 million a year ago. Income before income taxes was $5.024 million against $5.545 million a year ago. Net income was $4.421 million against $4.722 million a year ago. Diluted income per ordinary share was $0.60 against $0.65 a year ago. Non-GAAP operating income was $6.891 million against $6.176 million a year ago. Non-GAAP net income was $6.339 million against $5.427 million a year ago. Non-GAAP diluted income per ordinary share was $0.86 against $0.74 a year ago.
For the year, the company reported sales of $82.738 million against $75.622 million a year ago. Operating income was $18.205 million against $17.046 million a year ago. Income before income taxes was $18.425 million against $17.309 million a year ago. Net income was $16.520 million against $14.605 million a year ago. Diluted income per ordinary share was $2.24 against $2.00 a year ago. Non-GAAP operating income was $19.229 million against $18.720 million a year ago. Non-GAAP net income W was $17.306 million against $16.260 million a year ago. Non-GAAP diluted income per ordinary share was $2.35 against $2.22 a year ago.
