Sigachi Industries Limited announced that Ms. Shreya Mitra, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer vide her letter dated 6 April 2024 and will be relieved from the services of the company with effect from close of business hours on 6 April 2024. She has decided to move on due to other pre-occupancies.
