• Procedure for registration of e-mail address for obtaining Annual Report
    2021 and updation of bank account mandate for receipt of dividend:

SEBI has mandated the updation of PAN, contact, Bank account, specimen signature and nomination details against folio / demat account.

PAN is also required to be updated for participating in the securities market, deletion of name of deceased holder and transmission / transposition of shares. As per applicable SEBI Circular, PAN details are to be compulsorily linked to Aadhar details, by 31st March 2022 or any other date specified by Central Board of Direct Taxes.

Members are requested to submit PAN, contact, Bank account, nomination details and specimen signature (as applicable) to their DP in case of holding in dematerialised form or to TSRDCPL [through Form ISR-1, Form ISR-2 and Form ISR-3 (as applicable) available at https://new.siemens.com/in/en/company/investor-relations/investor-services.htmlin case of holdings in physical form.
