SI Capital & Financial Services Limited Approves to Fund-Raising Proposal by Way of Issuance of Secured Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on Private Placement

The board of directors of SI Capital & Financial Services Limited meeting held on January 5, 2023, approved the Fund-Raising proposal by way of issuance of Secured Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures up to maximum amount of INR 5.5 million by way of private placement in terms of applicable rules/regulations. Tenure shall be up to maximum of 72 months.
