Shin Kong No.1 REIT (the Fund) is a Taiwan-based real estate investment trust (REIT) fund. The Fund aims to gain profit through investing in real estates, such as commercial buildings, office buildings and department stores. The Fund is a close-ended fund. The trustee of the Fund is the Mega International Commercial Bank and its property manager is Hsinhsin International Corporation.
