Shenzhen Ellassay Fashion Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:603808) signed share acquisition agreement to acquire 80% stake in Yinuo Fashion (Shenzhen) Clothing Co., Ltd. from IRO SAS for €1.2 million on January 11, 2018. Under the transaction, Shenzhen Ellassay Fashion Co.,Ltd obtain the exclusive rights to sell the IRO branded products. The said transaction matter has been approved by the Chairman of the Board and does not need to be submitted to Shenzhen Ellassay Fashion Co.,Ltd. Board of Directors and shareholders for approval.
