Shang Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 509.39 million compared to PHP 438.2 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 1,818 million compared to PHP 1,022.63 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 1,031.26 million compared to PHP 1,109.13 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.217 compared to PHP 0.233 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.217 compared to PHP 0.233 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was PHP 976.13 million compared to PHP 927.07 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 3,265.46 million compared to PHP 2,199.76 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 1,507.57 million compared to PHP 1,495.22 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.317 compared to PHP 0.314 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.317 compared to PHP 0.314 a year ago.
