Shandong Yisheng Livestock & Poultry Breeding Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002458) signed an agreement to acquire remaining 70% stake in Anhui Minyihe Poultry Breeding Co., Ltd. from LIUHE Group Co. Ltd., Shandong Minhe Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002234) and Shouguang Tianhui Food Co., Ltd. for CNY 42 million on December 26, 2016. The transfer price for 30% stake held by LIUHE Group Co.

Ltd. is CNY 18 million; transfer price for 30% stake held by Shandong Minhe Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. is CNY 18 million and transfer price for 10% stake held by Shouguang Tianhui Food Co., Ltd. is CNY 6 million. Post-closing, Shandong Yisheng Livestock & Poultry Breeding Co., Ltd. will hold 100% stake in Anhui Minyihe Poultry Breeding Co., Ltd. Shandong Yisheng Livestock & Poultry Breeding will use own funds to fund the transaction. Anhui Minyihe Poultry Breeding Co., Ltd. had total assets of CNY 99.7 million and net assets of CNY 78.9 million.
