Shake Shack is debuting a "swicy" (sweet/spicy) menu Friday, but fans can get early access Tuesday using the Shake Shack app.

On the swicy side, Shake Shack is launching a sweet and spicy Gochujang-glazed chicken sandwich, topped with a white kimchi slaw made with Portland-based Choi's Kimchi. On the umami side is the Korean BBQ Burger, made with Korean BBQ sauce on Shake Shack's Angus beef burger. Both pair with the Spicy Korean BBQ Fries and Spicy Korean BBQ Cheese Fries, loaded with kimchi seasoning and served with a side of Korean BBQ sauce, according to a company press release.

"Our new menu puts a twist on Shake Shack classics, inspired by the amazing flavors and ingredients of Korean cuisine including Gochujang, kimchi and bulgogi," John Karangis, executive chef and VP of Culinary Innovation of Shake Shack, said in a company press release. "We're proud to work with Chong Choi at Choi's Kimchi on an exclusive kimchi blend for our slaw and are excited to bring back a fan favorite as well as introduce the Korean BBQ Burger and Spicy Korean BBQ Fries. We're always seeking out ways to bring fun and delicious menu offerings to our guests, and the "swicy" (sweet/spicy) and heavy umami flavors in these new items do just that."
