SC Engineering Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A023960) acquired an additional 0.19% stake in Sewon Cellontech Company Limited (KOSE:A091090) from Jung-Ho Jang for approximately KRW 380 million on February 22, 2016. Under the transaction, SC Engineering acquired 0.1 million shares of Sewon Cellontech at KRW 3840 per share and now holds 17.5 million shares. Jung-Ho Jang reduced holding to 0.53 million shares.
