Serendex Pharmaceuticals A/S : Delisting of Serendex as of 4 May 2016

Referring to stock exchange notice of 7 March 2016, Serendex Pharmaceuticals is to delist from Oslo Axess. Last market day is tomorrow 3 May 2016. On Wednesday 4 May 2016, Serendex is a private company and shareholders can no longer value and trade their shares in a public market space - Oslo Axess.

Though the shares will no longer be listed on Oslo Axess as of 4 May 2016, the shares will remain registered at the VPS (Verdipapirsentralen ASA) in Oslo for the time being. So no practical action is required of existing shareholders at this time in relation to the delisting.

Serendex is currently investigating alternatives to Norwegian VPS, and shareholders will be informed in due time through shareholders' banks and/or other financial institutions if and when shares are to be transferred to another share register.
