NOTICE TO DEBENTURE HOLDERS
Sequoia Logística e Transportes S.A. ("Sequoia" or "Company") (B3: SEQL3), hereby announces to its debentures holders ("Debenture Holders") of the 1st (First) Issuance of Non- Convertible Debentures, in 2 (two) Series, with Collateral Guarantee, for Public Distribution with Restricted Efforts, whose Debentures Deed was signed on 12th of December 2019 ("Debentures Deed"), pursuant to the agreement in Clause 4.18.1 of the Debentures Deed, its intention to carry out the full early redemption of the First Series and Second Series Debentures, with their consequent cancellation ("Early Redemption") , on January, 12, 2022, upon payment of the Face Value of the First Series and Second Series Debentures in circulation, plus the Compensatory Interest pro rata temporis, as the case may be, with payment of a premium, calculated based on the terms of the Clause 4.25 of the classic Debentures Deed.
