TheNewswire - June 8, 2020 -Seashore Resource Partners Corp.(TSXV:SSH.P) (the "Company"), a capital pool company pursuant to Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V"), announces that Toby Pierce has resigned from the board of directors. The Company thanks Mr. Pierce for his work with the Company. The remaining directors of the Company are Hugh Rogers, Chris Beltgens and Alex Langer.
