SEA BREEZE POWER CORP. APPOINTS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Sea Breeze Power Corp. ("the Company") announced today the appointment of Resja Campfens as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Campfens has many years of experience working with decision makers to find creative solutions that address evolving energy market challenges. Ms. Campfens previously served as Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sea Breeze Power Corp. As EVP, she managed Sea Breeze Power's wind, transmission, and business development initiatives based on principles of accountability and sustainability.

Ms. Campfens' experience and strong leadership skills have positioned her as a prominent figure in the energy industry, resulting in her appointment to pivotal roles, including Director at Clean Energy BC, Director at CanWEA, and a founding Director of the BC Women in Energy Network.

"Her business skills, and deep roots in the energy industry make Resja the perfect person to lead Sea Breeze in the upcoming years. Sea Breeze Power would like to thank Mr. Samuel Chow for serving as interim President and Chief Executive Officer since May 28, 2015. Mr. Chow has managed the Company responsibly and with integrity and will continue working with Sea Breeze in the role of Controller.
