Schroders : strengthens Multi-Asset team with senior fund manager hire

Schroders is today announcing that it has strengthened its Multi-Asset team with the hire of a senior portfolio manager, bringing over a decade of investment expertise to the firm's renowned division.

Merrick Styles joins as a Multi-Asset fund manager focused on Schroders' market-leading suite of Diversified Growth Funds, which aim to deliver stable returns across market conditions for clients.

He will report into Johanna Kyrklund, Schroders' Global Head of Multi-Asset Investments.

Merrick joins from Barings, where he was a portfolio manager on the Multi-Asset team and chair of the Asset Allocation group. Prior to Barings he spent ten years at Amundi, latterly as its Co-Head of Investments.

Merrick brings experience and deep insight in managing equities, bonds, credit, currencies and alternatives across developed and emerging markets.
