Notice Regarding Completion of Payment for Issuance of
New Shares by Third-Party Allotment
SBI Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that, as of today, the payment from the planned allottee, Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. (hereinafter "SMFG"), has been completed for the issuance of new shares by a third-party allotment (hereinafter "Third-Party Allotment") which was resolved by the Company's Board of Directors on June 23, 2022.
For details of Third-Party Allotment, please refer to the "Notice Regarding Capital and Business Alliance with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. and Issuance of New Shares by Third-Party Allotment to That Company as the Planned Allottee," announced on June 23, 2022.
