Savills has bolstered its farm agency team with three new appointments at its Lincoln and Nottingham offices.

Andrew Pearce, Will Parry and Richard Gadd join the international real estate advisor this week to advise clients on farm sales and purchasing, estate management and valuations.

Andrew Pearce returns to Savills as a Director from Chesterton Humberts, where he led the sale and acquisition of estates and farms for corporate and private clients across the East of England. In his new role he is responsible for the Northern Farm Agency team, which covers Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and extends up to Yorkshire, West to Cumbria and North up to Scotland.

Will Parry joins as Associate Director from Strutt and Parker, where he held responsibility for the sale and purchase of farms, country estates and land throughout the East Midlands. He previously worked with Brown & Co in Lincolnshire.

Richard Gadd joins Savills Nottingham as a Rural Surveyor. He has acted for numerous institutional clients and estates, selling some notable historic properties. He holds a particular interest in strategic land purchases and agricultural investment opportunities.

Johnny Dudgeon, Head of Office at Savills Lincoln, comments: "This is an exciting time for Savills in the East Midlands and these appointments make an excellent addition to our  rural team and will enhance Savills ability to continue to be the market leader in the sale and purchase of agricultural farmland."

Andrew Pearce, Head of Northern Farm Agency at Savills adds: "The East Midlands farm land market is at a crucial time. With values forecast to rise, we should see some remarkable purchasing and sales trends emerging locally in 2014."
