Savills has expanded its Building & Project Consultancy (B&PC) division with the appointment of Simon Davis as an associate director at the firm's Margaret Street head office, London.

Simon has joined B&PC's Project Management team specialising, primarily, in managing the refurbishment, fit-out and redevelopment of commercial office space. Prior to joining Savills he was a project manager at TFT, an independent property consultancy, after starting his career at JLL in 2010. A Chartered Building Surveyor by trade, Simon has since broadened his experience and skillset by working on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants in the London market.
Simon Davis, associate director in the building & project consultancy team at Savills, comments: 'Savills is a major global player and has an excellent reputation in the industry. I'm pleased to join the team at an exciting time in a thriving London market and I am looking forward to contributing to the business and continuing the good work already being undertaken by my colleagues.'
Sean Monie, director in the Savills Building & project consultancy division, adds: 'It's a great time to welcome Simon to Savills. He has already hit the ground running and is keen to impart his experience on the business. Our project management teams are increasingly in demand across the company, as more and more clients call on us to manage the successful delivery of their projects. Simon will no doubt thrive in this environment and will be a positive addition to our team.'
