Cowshed, a Cardiff based PR and marketing agency, has agreed a new five year lease on 1,348 sq ft (125 sq m) of the third floor of Park House. Global architecture and interior design practice, Scott Brownrigg Scott Brownrigg, has signed a new 10-year lease on 1,752 sq ft (162 sq m) of space, also on the second floor.

Located on Greyfriars Road in the city centre, Park House benefits from close proximity to Cardiff's main retail area and has easy access to both Queen Street and Cardiff Central rail stations.

Boultbee Brooks are close to completing a substantial refurbishment of the common parts of Park House which include a feature media wall which is the first of its kind in the UK, remodelled reception lobby, new WCs and full height mural in the light well.

Gary Carver, director in the business space team at Savills Cardiff, comments: 'Park House is well located in Cardiff city centre and we are pleased to welcome both Cowshed and Scott Brownrigg as its latest tenants. Demand for refurbished offices such as those at Park House has driven the city's office market over the last year with rents increasing by as much as 30%.'

Vicki Spencer-Francis, Managing Director of Cowshed adds, 'This is a big move for us as we move into our fifth year of trading. We've got big plans for 2019 and we can't think of a better creative space to develop inspiring campaigns for clients we love and causes we believe in.'

Neil Macomish, board director at Scott Brownrigg says, 'We are delighted to announce our new location at Park House. This demonstrates our continued commitment to Cardiff as a location and to serve our clients in the region, building on our 11 years in the city. The space itself is ideal - it relies on passive environmental techniques and reflects our ethos of being very much a studio, rather than an office. It marks a new chapter in the development of our dynamic and collaborative studio in a location that sits strategically between the city and the civic centre, as well as the school of architecture at Cardiff University with which we have very close relationships as part of our research and evidence based design.'

Zoë Wood at Boultbee Brooks, comments: 'The recent lettings to Scott Brownrigg and Cowshed at headline rents are a testament to our strategy to refurbish office space in central location to provide exciting and innovative workspace. It also confirmed our belief that delivering unique contemporary workspace to these markets is fundamental in attracting quality occupiers'
