The operator has agreed a new 10-year lease for a 3,608 sq ft (335 sq m) unit in Vauxhall Arches, owned by Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, located on Goding Street. F45 was established in Bondi in 2013 and has since opened more than 1200 venues across the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East, North America and Europe, making it one of the fastest growing fitness franchises in the world.

The operator continues to seek single level units of between 2,000 sq ft (186 sq m) and 3,300 sq ft (307 sq m) in high footfall locations close to retail and residential areas or transport hubs in Greater London and large UK cities, with Savills recently securing two sites in Bristol and Bath.

Social fitness is at the heart of F45's ethos with a 100,000-strong community of members taking part in immersive team-based fitness experiences. Technology is also key element of the brand's business model with a patented platform used by all franchisees and a focus on digital customer engagement.

Luke Armstrong, global franchise director at F45, comments: 'We are pleased to be continuing our expansion in London where, like in all major cities, people are time-poor but still want to have a great workout with support and encouragement from a fitness professional. This is F45's point of difference.'

David Bell, head of UK leisure at Savills, adds: 'F45 has already proven to be hugely successful in London and we are delighted to be supporting the brand's ongoing expansion in the capital and beyond.'
