Saudi Cable Company appointed the following: Saif bin Fuhaid Al-Harbi (independent member), replacing Professor Nael bin Samir Fayez (non-executive member), who submitted his resignation on June 24 2024 AD. Mr. Muhammad bin Zuhair Niazi Murad (independent member), replacing Engineer/Badran bin Hamoud Al-Badran (independent member), who submitted his resignation on June 24 2024 AD. Mr. Hamzah bin Ghulam Joharji (independent member), replacing Mr. Ziyad bin Abdul Latif Al-Barrak (independent member), who submitted his resignation on June 24 2024 AD.

Dr. Saif has extensive experience in creating and activating operational strategic plans for all sections of the Research and Innovation Departments and preparing policies and procedures for the Research Planning and Follow-up Department. Dr. Saif recently worked as Director of the Research and Innovation Department and Head of the Planning and Research Follow-up Department at the National Research and Development Center for Sustainable Agriculture. Dr. Saif held different and diverse positions, which increased his practical experience, participated in many research projects and attended many training courses.

He was a member of the American Crop Science Society and the Soil Science Society of America. And a member of the American Society of Agriculture. Mr. Muhammad Murad holds a master-s degree in law from the University of Michigan, Michigan, USA.

Muhammad has extensive experience in law, pleading before all judicial bodies, establishing companies and institutions, and amending articles of incorporation. Mr. Muhammad recently worked as a lawyer and legal advisor in the office of Attorney Muhammad Murad Law Firm and Legal Consultations. Mr. Mohammed began his career as a legal consultant and lawyer at Fallata and Murad Legal Consultations and Law Firm.

Mr. Mohammed is also licensed as a notary by the Ministry of Justice and as an arbitrator from the Mecca Arbitration Center. Mr. Hamzah Joharji holds a certified public accountant certificate and has extensive experience in the field of accounting and financial auditing. He most recently served as Chairman of the Audit Committee at Sultan Food Fast Food Management Company, where he was responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reports and the effectiveness of internal control and risk management.

Mr. Hamza began his career with Saudi Aramco, where he served as the de facto supervisor for the Central and Western Region Group under the Cost Audit and Compliance Department. He also served as Aramco's financial representative in the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) laboratory equipment project. He has previous experience as an assistant auditor at Whinney Murray & Co.
