Shahid Abdullah acquired 7500 shares, Sheerin Shahid acquired 91500 shares, Yousuf Abdullah acquired 35500 shares, Amer Abdullah acquired 80000 shares, Ambareen Amer acquired 46500 shares, Nadeem Abdullah acquired 13000 shares and Noshaba Nadeem acquired 3500 shares of Sapphire Fibres Limited for PKR 165 per share.

Sapphire Fibres Limited is a Pakistan-based company that is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of yarn, fabrics and garments. The Company's segments include Spinning; Knitting, processing and garments; Denim, and Power. Its products include yarns, wovens, knits and home textiles. The Company specializes in a variety of home textile made ups, such as sheet sets, quilt/duvet covers, bed skirts, shams, pillowcases, comforters, curtains, table covers and aprons, among others. Its yarn product range consists of a variety of ring spun, compact spun, open end, dyed and bleached yarns in various counts. Along with basic cotton and polyester cotton (PC) yarns, the Company also offers specialized yarns for niche market including MVS, Coolmax, Fortrel, Tencel, Modal, melange, slub yarns and core spun Lycra yarns. It has a production capacity of approximately five million kilograms (kg) of yarn per month. The Company's woven products include greige woven fabrics and finished woven fabrics.
