Sanoma Corporation Elects Anna Herlin as New Member of the Board of Directors

Sanoma Corporation’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 13 April 2021 in Helsinki. The AGM resolved that the number of the members of the Board of Directors shall be set at nine. Anna Herlin was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors.
