Booyoung Co., Ltd. signed a contract to acquire Headquarters Building in Central Seoul from Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A032830) for KRW 580 billion on January 8, 2016. The contract is expected to close in the third quarter of this year.
