Notice of Deferred Interest Payment Event

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (the "Issuer") hereby notifies the holders of the Securities that it has repurchased Class D Shares on 18 June 2024. This repurchase constitutes a Deferred Interest Payment Event under the terms of each of the Securities (the "Conditions").

The Issuer therefore intends to pay all outstanding Deferred Interest in relation to the Securities on 3 July 2024 as required by the Conditions.
