Øystein Stray Spetalen, Chairman of Saga Tankers ASA, has on 15 January 2013 purchased 26 429 009 shares in Saga Tankers ASA at NOK 2.40 per share. After the transaction Øystein Stray Spetalen has a holding of 82 407 213 shares representing 94.96 % of the outstanding shares in the Company.
