S.S. LAZIO S.P.A. (Alliance News) - SS Lazio Spa on Wednesday announced that it has sold the employment contract of Luis Alberto Romero Anconchel, who has been permanently transferred to the Qatari club Al Duhail SC.
The permanent transfer involves a consideration of EUR10.5 million, payable in two installments in addition to bonuses linked to particular sporting achievements of the Qatari team.
In addition, the club permanently sold Raul Moro Prescoli to Spanish club Real Valladolid.
The sale carries a consideration of EUR2.5 million, payable in six installments.
At the same time, the club acquired Loum Tchaouna from US Salernitana Srl.
The final acquisition involves a consideration of E9.8 million, payable in three annual installments, plus the solidarity contribution in the maximum amount of EUR421,000.00.
The player signed a five-year employment contract.
SS Lazio has acquired Tijjani Noslin from Hellas Verona Spa.
The definitive acquisition involves a consideration of EUR8.5 million, payable in two annual instalments, plus solidarity contribution in the maximum amount of EUR368,000.00 and bonuses linked to particular sports results in the maximum amount of EUR8.9.
In addition, in case of future transfer of the player, Hellas Verona retains the right to receive a percentage of the sum received from SS Lazio.
The player has signed a five-year employment contract.
Dele-Bashiru Oluwafisayo Faruq was acquired temporarily with an obligation of permanent acquisition upon the occurrence of special sporting conditions, from the Hatayspor Club Association.
The temporary acquisition involves a consideration of EUR2 million, payable in a single installment.
The obligation to transform the transfer from temporary to permanent provides for a subsequent consideration in favor of the Turkish club of EUR3.7 million payable in two installments.
The player signed a four-year employment contract.
On Wednesday, SS Lazio closed 1.6 percent in the red at EUR0.73 per share.
