S&P GLOBAL, INC. The Board of Directors of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. approved a 9.8% increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend on the corporation's common stock. The quarterly dividend will increase from $0.255 to $0.28 per share. The dividend will be payable on March 12, 2013, to shareholders of record on February 26, 2013.
