ROSSETI CENTRE General Director of Rosseti Centre Igor Makovskiy held an operational meeting. Among the production issues, the results of activities related to the sale of additional services, identification of non-contractual and unmetered electricity consumption in branches of the Companies for the past period of 2024 were summed up.
Revenue from the sale of additional services for 5 months of 2024 amounted to 1,839 million rubles, in the regions where the energy company operates, the market coverage for installing outdoor lighting is growing, we are ready to implement projects in Izhevsk, Lipetsk, Bryansk, Ivanovo, Kaluga. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the turnkey grid connection service. For sales and performance of services, 9.9 thousand employees received an additional bonus in 2024 for a total amount of 63 million rubles.
One of the company's priority activities is to reduce the level of electricity losses, including by identifying facts of unmetered and non-contractual use of electricity. Since the beginning of 2024, the branches' specialists have identified 1,885 cases of illegal use of energy resources, which totalled 47 million non-metered kilowatt-hours.
The company has a system of additional motivation for staff - 31 million rubles were allocated for bonuses, which were received by 2.2 thousand people who recorded facts of unmetered and non-contractual electricity consumption.
"We will continue to actively develop additional services, continuously combat power losses, and use the funds received to motivate staff, modernize and increase the level of power supply to conscientious citizens", emphasized Igor Makovskiy.
