Subject: Preliminary information about number of units sold and delivered by the Ronson group companies in the year 2020

The Management Board of Ronson Development SE (the "Issuer") announces the preliminary information about number of units sold and delivered by Ronson group companies:

  1. Results for full year 2020:
    1. The number of units sold in year 2020 amounts to 918 units, out of which 266 units were sold in Ursus Centralny project, 198 units in Miasto Moje project, and 108 units in Panoramika project;
    2. The number of units delivered to customers during the year 2020 amounts to 966 units, out of which 288 units were delivered in City Link IV project, 236 units in Grunwald2 project, and 195 units in Panoramika project.
  3. Results for fourth quarter of year 2020:
    1. The number of units sold in fourth quarter of year 2020 amounts to 257 units, out of which 79 units were sold in Miasto Moje project, 51 units in Ursus Centralny project, and 35 units in Panoramika project;
    2. The number of units delivered to customers during fourth quarter of year 2020 amounts to 167 units, out of which 98 units were delivered in Miasto Moje project, 35 units in Panoramika project, and 16 units in Grunwald2 project.

The Issuer explains that the final operational data on the sale and delivery of units will be published in the appropriate periodic reports.

The Issuer also explains that the number of sold units is a number of units, for which the preliminary sale agreement or the developer contract was signed with customers.

Legal basis: Article 17 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
