An aggregate of 20% of the fully diluted post-Offer Equity Share capital of our Company held by our Promoters shall be considered as minimum promoters? contribution and locked-in for a period of three years from the date of Allotment, a total of 7,201,560 shares are locked-in until May 29, 2024 and 6,462,867 shares are locked-in until August 04, 2022.

The Company operates through the diversified auto components segment.
