Roche Bobois: acquisition of 13 franchised stores in France

Roche Bobois announces that it has signed two major takeover deals for a total of 13 franchised stores in France (12 in the northern part of the country and one in Brittany), representing a total sales volume excluding VAT of around 21 million euros.

With these two operations, the home furnishings retailer explains that it is 'significantly strengthening its presence in France, and demonstrating its ability to be omnipresent in France and internationally to best meet the needs of its customers'.
