Contents of the Current Report:
The Management Board of ROBYG S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby announces that on 25 January 2016 a subsidiary of the Company (the "Purchaser"), concluded a final agreement regarding the purchase of the perpetual usufruct right to the land located in Gdansk with the area of approximately 1.8 hectares, about which the Company informed through the current report no. 130/2015 as of 10 December 2015.
