RECORD launches (highest of last 7 years)of R$761 million in 2021, up 30% on 2020. In 4Q21, we launched 2 projects with total potential sales value (PSV) of R$281 million, 256% higher than in 3Q21;

RECORD Gross Sales (highest of last 7 years)of R$841 million in 2021, up 17% on 2020. Gross Sales in 4Q21 of R$221 million, 12% higher than in 3Q21;

RECORD Net Sales (highest of last 7 years)of R$642 million in 2021, up 15% on 2020. Net Sales in 4Q21 of R$161 million, 8% higher than in 3Q21;

RECORD mortgage financing for units (highest of last 3 years)of R$228 million in 2021, up 84% on 2020. In

4Q21, mortgage financing was R$106 million, advancing 199% on 4Q20 and 131% on 3Q21, which significantly contributed to cash generation in the last quarter;

Landbank reached R$6.8 billion in 4Q21, of which 83% is earmarked for the PCVA segment (vertical and horizontal projects).

LAUNCHES

In 4Q21, the company launched 2 projects with total PSV of R$281 million, representing increases of 17% on 4Q20 and 256% on 3Q21. The launches, namely i) RNI Reserva Club, a vertical PCVA project launched in Gravataí, Rio Grande do Sul, and ii) RNI Origem do Sol, a horizontal SBPE project launched in Várzea Grande, Mato Grosso, not only strengthened RNI's current strategy, but also enabled it to surpass the level of launches of the last 7 years, registering growth of 30% over 2020.

We ended 2021 with 3,024 units launched, 74% of which are units under the federal housing program Casa Verde e Amarela (PCVA).

CONTRACTED SALES

In 2021, we delivered strong numbers, driven by the successful sales of products under the PCVA program, led by the good performance of our markets located in regions with an agricultural vocation and outside major urban centers. 2021

Gross Sales amounted to R$841 million in 2021 (+17% vs. 2020) and R$221 million in 4Q21 (+12% vs. 3Q21).

Net Sales were R$642 million in 2021 (+15% vs. 2020) and R$161 million in 4Q21 (+8% vs. 3Q21).

These numbers surpassed the level of the last 7 years, with it important to note that the inventory

turnover ratio remained stable at over 17% in the year.
