On January 26, 2023, Republic First Bancorp, Inc. announced that it has emailed all of its employees the communication related to the 2022 annual meeting of shareholders. The Company stated that the bottom line is that due to various factors - primarily the actions of the Norcross-Braca activist group û the CompanyÃs 2022 annual meeting will be postponed from January 26, 2023 to a point later this year so that the litigation brought against the Company by that group can be considered by the Court and the Company stated that this does not in any way mean that the Court found the Company did anything wrong.
