Fullenter Limited entered into share purchase agreement to acquire Delightful Time Limited from Renco Holdings Group Limited (SEHK:2323) for HKD 2 million on June 12, 2024. A cash consideration of HKD 2 million will be paid by Fullenter Limited, subject to the terms thereunder.
