Renault: new e-commerce platform for accessories
The two brands' websites offer a catalog of around 800 accessory items that do not require fitting, with customers benefiting from a simplified search by model or VIN, as well as home delivery within three working days.
For accessories requiring fitting, customers can obtain an estimate of the product fitted, with the dealer network then contacting them. This service is available for towbars, alarms and roof racks.
