Reinet Investments Manager S.A. and Reinet Fund Manager S.A., are pleased to announce that Mr Alan Grieve has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of both companies with immediate effect. Mr Grieve takes over from Mr Jo' Schwenke, whose three-year contract with Reinet has ended.

Reinet Investments Manager S.A. is the general partner and management company of Reinet Investments S.C.A. Reinet Fund Manager S.A. is the general partner and management company of Reinet Investments S.C.A.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Reinet Fund S.C.A., F.I.S.

Mr Grieve has served as Chief Financial Officer of both Reinet Investments Manager S.A. and Reinet Fund Manager S.A. since the formation of Reinet in 2008. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has been a senior executive of Compagnie Financière Richemont S.A. since its formation, having been Company Secretary from 1988 to 2004 and most recently Director of Corporate Affairs.

Ms Diane Longden assumes Mr Grieve's position as Chief Financial Officer. Ms Longden is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and has worked with Reinet as Financial Manager since early 2009, having previously had extensive financial experience both in Luxembourg and overseas.
