On June 26, 2020, Mr. Melvin Pereira submitted his resignation as Chief Executive Officer of Meso Numismatics, Inc., effective June 26, 2020. There are no disagreements between Mr. Pereira and the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. On June 26, 2020, due to Mr. Pereira's resignation, the company's Board of Directors appointed Mr. David Christensen, current Director and President of the Company, to serve as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 27, 2020.
