RCS MediaGroup Announces Executive Changes, Effective from October 15, 2015

RCS MediaGroup announced the resignation of Pietro Scott Jovane as chief executive officer of the company during a board meeting on October 8, 2015. The resignation will take effect on October 15. The board has handed over the CEO powers to the company's chairman Maurizio Costa until a new chief is found.

It is involved in the publishing of daily newspapers, magazines and books, and radio and television (TV) broadcasting. It is also active in the advertisement sales and distribution sector. Its newspapers titles include Corriere della Sera and La Gazzetta dello Sport in Italy and El Mundo, Marca and Expansion in Spain. Among the magazines published by the Company, there are such titles as Amica, Style Magazine, Dove, Oggi, A, Il Mondo, Telva, Marca Motor, Actualidad Economica, Golf Digest, and Siete Leguas, among others.
