Director"
Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the Board of Directors at the Meeting No. 1/2013 held on 21st January 2013 has appointed Mr. Soonchai Kumnoonsate as the Company's Director in replacement of Mr. Wirash Kanchanapibul. The appointment is effective since 1st February 2013 and the new Director shall retain his office during such time only as the Director whose vacancy he replaces was entitled.
