Randstad Holding NV announced that Gregory Netland has decided not to serve a second term as a member of the company's executive board. Netland was appointed to the board in 2008 and was responsible for the operations of Randstad in the USA, Mexico and Canada. His current term ends at the next general meeting of shareholders in March and Netland will leave during the course of 2012, helping to insure a smooth transition and business continuity. The company announced its will propose the appointment of Linda Galipeau to its executive board for an initial four-year term. Galipeau is currently heading Randstad Staffing in the USA.
