Reference to the Rajthanee Hospital Public Company Limited's letter No. RJH-SET 13/2021 dated 8 November 2021 which informed that Ratchathani Nongkhae Hospital Co.ltd ("RNK") will increase the registered capital by 520,000,000 Baht (52,000,000 shares), totaling 580,000,000 Baht (58,000,000 shares). The Company will purchase 38,080,103 shares of capital increase shares of 52,000,000 shares. It is the number of shares of RNK that the Company has waived of 13,919,897 shares. The Company would like to inform that RNK has successfully increased its capital and the Company holds 44,081,997 shares (existing 5,999,997 shares, plus 38,082,000 shares). The proportion of shareholders in each group is summarized as follows
