CASH DIVIDEND
A final Cash Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2023 declared. Nil.
Bonus Issue
It has been further decided by the Board of Director to issue Nil bonus shares.

Quetta Textile Mills Limited is a Pakistan-based integrated spinning and weaving company. The Company is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sale of yarn and fabric. The Company has three segments namely, Spinning, Weaving, and Power Generation. The Company's products include Organic Cotton, Tencel, Bamboo Yarn, Yarn from Regenerated Cotton, Slub, and Compact yarn. Its range of yarns includes Ring Spun carded & combed yarns, Schlafhorst Autocoro open-end yarns, Lycra Core Spun yarns, Flax linen/Cotton blended yarns, Yarn from Regenerated Cotton, and Polyester/Cotton Yarns. The Companyâs weaving division consists of approximately 250 Tsudakoma airjet looms with the latest Benninger back process and produces fabrics for garments and the home textile industries. Its production facilities are located at Kotri in the province of Sindh and 49 kilometers Multan Road Bhal, District Kasur in the province of Punjab.
