QCR Holdings, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 55.26 million compared to USD 60.77 million a year ago. Net income was USD 25.12 million compared to USD 29.29 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.5 compared to USD 1.73 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.49 compared to USD 1.71 a year ago.
For the nine months, net interest income was USD 165.27 million compared to USD 165.9 million a year ago. Net income was USD 80.7 million compared to USD 68.16 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 4.82 compared to USD 4.25 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 4.79 compared to USD 4.2 a year ago.

The Companyâs principal business consists of attracting deposits and investing those deposits in loans/leases and securities. The Company is also engaged in direct financing lease contracts and equipment financing agreements through m2, a wholly owned subsidiary of QCBT based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. It is also engaged in wealth management services through its banking subsidiaries. It also provides a range of commercial and retail lending/leasing and investment services to corporations, partnerships, individuals, and government agencies.
