INTRODUCE
Reclassificationof Appropriated Reserves to Retained Earnings(Equity) is made in light of theissuance of OJK Regulation No.34/POJK.03/2016 regarding theAmendment of OJK Regulation No.11/POJK.03/2016 regarding MinimumCapital Adequacy Requirement ("Capital")for Commercial Bank dated September22,2016 whichcame into force on 26 September2016,particularly provisionregarding the componentsof theCapital.
PURPOSE
The Reclassificationshall maintain thestability of the Bank's capital structureto support its operating activities.
DESCRIPTION
Company conducts the Reclassification asto maintain its capital structure.This action is made in light of the issuance of OJK Regulation No.34/POJK.03/2016 regarding the Amendment of OJK Regulation No.11/POJK.03/2016 regarding Minimum Capital Adequacy Requirement ("Capital")for Commercial Bank dated September22,2016 whichcame into force on 26 September 2016,particularly provision regardingthe components of theCapital. Reclassification in the amount of IDR5,6 trillion (round up)will bepresented in the Financial Statement as of December31,2016 (audited).
