Micruity Inc. announced that it has received $5 million in funding from Prudential Financial, Inc., State Street Global Advisors, Inc., TIAA Ventures, Pacific Life Insurance Company, Western & Southern Financial Group, Inc.

On June 25, 2024, Micruity Inc. closed the transaction. The company has received $1 million in its second and final tranche, bringing total funding to $5 million in the transaction. The transaction included participation from new investors Prudential Financial, Inc., State Street Global Advisors, Inc., TIAA Ventures, returning investors Pacific Life Insurance Company, Western & Southern Financial Group, Inc..
