Prismi, received payments for future aucap in excess of EUR300,000

(Alliance News) - Prismi Spa reported-between July 9 and July 15-it received payments for future capital increase of more than EUR300,000, of which EUR150,000 was from Tender Capital and the remainder from other qualified investors.

These payments were made in anticipation of a future capital increase aimed at strengthening the company's capital structure and supporting its growth plans.

Prisms closed Wednesday's session in the red by 4.1 percent at EUR0.07 per share.
